Opening the family portal

How a guardian gets an account on the family portal.

What it is for

The group opens the portal for a guardian from their page; the guardian then activates the account themselves.

Step by step

1. Open the guardian's page and press “Open the family portal”.
2. The guardian opens «Activate your account» and types their identity number or mobile, and receives a link or a code.
3. They set their password, sign in and see their children.

How it works

A guardian signs in with their mobile. Nobody sees anything on the portal but their own children.

Questions

Does a guardian see other pupils' data?

No: only their own children, linked to them by a live link.

Why is there no button to open a pupil's portal?

Pupils' own accounts are not offered yet; only a guardian's family portal is opened.
