My account in the family portal

Your password and the system's language for you. The mobile number is changed by the school.

What it is for

Here you change your own password and language, without asking anyone, and install the portal on your phone as an app. Open it from “My account” in the navigation bar, or from the person icon at the top of the page when the bar is not shown.

Who uses it

Every guardian or pupil who signs in to the portal, for their own account only.

Step by step

1. To change the password: type your current one, then the new one and repeat it to confirm, then press “Change the password”.
2. For the language: choose yours from the list, then “Save the language”.
3. To change your mobile number, contact the group: it is what you sign in with, so it does not change from this page.
4. To install the app press “Install the app” when it shows, or on an iPhone press the Share button and then “Add to Home Screen”.

How it works

Changing the password asks for the current one first, if the new one is too short the page tells you the minimum, and your other devices are signed out while this one stays. After five wrong current passwords in a quarter of an hour, tries stop for a while. The language is kept on your account, so you see the system in it on every device you sign in from. A password change is written to the action log.
